What is RUF-International Buzz?
RUF-International Buzz is a ministry that serves international scholars. We are supported and sponsored by Atlanta evangelical Christian churches. We are the international campus ministry of the Presbyterian Church in America. We welcome scholars from all nations, religions, and cultures to Atlanta and to Georgia Tech. That is why we are called “International Buzz.”

Who is Al LaCour?
Al LaCour is a campus minister for international scholars at Georgia Tech. Al is a Georgia Tech graduate (ISyE, 1971) and earned a Masters degree from Westminster Seminary. Al has been the senior minister of four churches. In addition to his campus work, Al helps Atlanta churches welcome students from around the world. Al and his wife Elaine have been married for 34 years. They have two married children. They are honored to welcome international scholars into their “extended family.” Send Al an email.
Al LaCour is the national coordinator for RUF-International. Al serves as an advisor to the board of the National Association of Chinese Americans. He is also the chairman of the board for Executive Round Table, a Georgia Tech student leadership organization.
